Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Bought these to use for walking and exercise, very comfortable design when on the go. Love that they do not go directly into the ears but still sound excellent. Also great for hands free phone calls.

These are amazing, the only downside and why I only have it 4 stars is because I do have a big head and they feel tight after about an hour of wearing them. The sound quality is amazing, I’ve used them while playing COD mobile and I can hear where the enemy is and gun fire around me. I also hate things in or over my ears so this is perfect. I would definitely buy again, but I’m hoping not to have to.

Best headset I have ever worn and at 52yrs old thats a lot for an avid runner. I was so tired of buying crap or losing them that I bought 3 pairs of these so far. One was taken and the third one was bought as a gift. My second pair works like new 2 plus year later. The first pair was the standard set and the last two are the pro headphones sets. You will not be disappointed.

Lightweight and easy pairing. Only drawback is the case. Its bulky and larger than my purse. This is my 2nd one and lost both pair. Due to laying them down without the case.

Bought these for my wife. She’s 4’11 so I was curious if she needed these or the smaller version. They fit her ok but are a little loose. Shes still able to run no problem and they stay in place for the most part. PROS: nothing in-ear, really cant hear the audio if you aren’t wearing them, phone calling works well, and battery life is good. CONS: sound quality isnt the best, not adjustable, and the charging cable is proprietary (better keep it with you in case the battery dies).

Definitely a YUUUUUGE improvement in the bass / sound quality department over the previous Aftershocks. The sound is pretty impressive for something that doesn’t actually cover your ears or go inside your ears.
I also liked the teal color. For $179 they should provide a spare charger, as this charger is not a typical USB-C charger or USB-A charger than you have laying around the house. It’s magnetic which is nice, but again, if you lose the charger you have a problem.

I would have given these headphones a higher rating but less than a year into owning and using these, the left side no longer works. I mainly use these headphones on my runs and they worked great initially until the left side's volume started to slowly degrade over time. I submitted a warranty claim to Shokz so hopefully I can get a replacement but be aware that the build quality on these is less than desirable. My Apple airpods will do for now.. The sound quality is okay for bone conduction headphones but don't expect to get a lot of good bass from normal earphones. Also, I didn't know this until using the earphones a lot but the earphones after a certain volume will start rattling quite a bit if you set the volume too high.

This item I just got as a gift from my wife and I used it on my last plane trip and to my surprise I was impressed I usually like over the ear headphones but these headphones are very good
