Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Great for running, music quality is great but can still hear people talking to you

I bought these as a replacement for my previous open run headohones. As for the good, these have great connectivity and are very comfortable and lightweight. I've worn them for hours on end while working and exercising with no discomfort or issues. The downsides are they aren't quite worth buying over the base open runs. The addition bass is noticable in quiet environments but easily gets drowned out. The IP rating is slightly lower on these. There is also more sound leakage. Overall, these will be a great choice, especially for vocals and podcasts. I can't recommend them over the slightly cheaper open runs.

I am a runner and I am looking for something that I can use while running to hear music and also be able to hear my surroundings.
And this product meets my all expectations.
This is an excellent product for runners.
Call and Music sound quality is also good. Mic quality is also exceptional.

I like that I can go walking outside and still hear what is going on around me if I keep the volume lower. I was also surprised that if you have it loud enough you don’t hear anything except your music. I have not tried it with a phone call yet. I’ve taken it to the gym with me and did not have to worry about it falling out of my ear like my air pods sometimes do.

Sound is good and you can hear outside noise. You don't feel isolated from the outside world. Hard to tell though if the sound is coming from the headphones or from the computer speaker. Takes a bit of doing to connect.

I absolutely love these headphones! The sound quality is excellent, delivering clear and immersive audio without any compromises. They’re perfect for workouts or everyday use, providing a secure and comfortable fit throughout any activity. One of the standout features is the open-ear design, which allows you to stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying your music or calls. This added safety is a huge benefit, especially during outdoor runs or busy environments. Highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality, versatile, and safe headphones!

I got them for my nephew as back up pair for his other pair. They work well for someone who has problem with wax build up in ears and doctor recommended them.

Usage: I purchased the Shokz-OpenRun Pro for the longer battery life. I do find this is adequate if barely for a day's use. I am totally deaf in one ear so wearing the standard earpieces leaves me with very few choices. I purchased with the hope I would have the ability to hear other conversations, safety while driving etc. For the most part this has been true. The volume is lacking with background noises going on but with only one ear I think the average person will get double the sound and won't need more volume.
Comfort: The wrap around over the ears works pretty good for the eye glass users. It may take a while for the user to get used to the pressure of the sound conductor against the side of the face. In fact, Eye Glass wearers may get used to the pressure faster than non-users. Hey, now you get a taste of the nose rests we deal with.
They are comfortable enough I accidently got into the shower with them on and there were no issues afterwards.
Issues: While the streaming works perfectly I am plagued with disconnects while using on phone calls. While streaming will last for hours, phone calls may last a couple minutes to 15 minutes before losing contact with the phone (Apple). The worst thing is you get no warning like "Disconnecting" etc. It is not disconnecting the call itself so if I am close enough to the phone my customers can still hear me. I do not necessarily think this is the head set but maybe.
Adjustability: There is no adjustability at all. For me this is ok. For someone who has a small head, there may be an issue. I have talked with others who swear the tightness gives them a headache. I have not had that happen to me, however you do have to have the conductor in exactly the right place to get the full volume, so there must be some pressure to keep it there.
Quality: Unlike some earbuds, I get sound from both sides even though I can only hear in one ear. Most people don't even realize they only get sound in the left side if they have a wired headset. I get the full sound in both sides, so I doubt I get stereo, but i used to have to turn my left air buds upside to get sound in my right ear.
Final thoughts. This is by far the best headset I have used. While not perfect due to losing the connection and inability to attach to multiple devices with instant connections, it is adequate for my needs. If my phone calls did not drop, I would give this a really high mark.

I bought these to use while mountain biking. I wanted to be able to listen to music but I think it’s important to be able to hear your surroundings while mountain biking for safety. They work perfectly and fit great even while wearing a helmet and biking glasses.

They are really awesome. I can jog run work around the house play with my dogs and they will not come off. The sound is great. I really enjoyed him so far. The only real problem that I have with them is they’re not adjustable on the back of your head, leaving a very big gap, but like I said they have awesome sound and they will not come off when you’re exercising jogging, etc.
