Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Bought these for my wife who works from home and is always on the phone. She loves them! Says best product I've bought her in a long time.

This is hands down the best headset for busy people. I've always hated having to stop my music or remove my earbuds when someone walks up wanting to ask a question while I'm working with my hands. With this one you hear your surroundings and your music. I Love it.

They added small speakers which face the ear. This helps w the base and other sounds however in truly noisy environments where you block the ear and are reliant on the bone conduction i cant tell that it makes any difference.

Excellent product. I love this bone induction headset. I use it in the office at work to bluetooth to my personal and work phones. Wear it while driving to take calls. Wear it at home for calls and music. I even bluetooth to my firestick when I want to watch tv without disturbing others at night. Allows me to hear tv and my surroundings at same time. It has become an accessory I wear all the time, like a watch. I put it on at 5am and take it off at 8pm and it still has medium charge. I hate talking on the phone with earbuds in, wearing the shokz is more natural. I don't wear it where there is a lot of background noise, even though u can put in earplugs, I prefer noise isolating ear buds in those invironments. Some folks complain about the vibrating on cheekbone but thats only happens if you turn the volumn to max, for normal listening it doesn't do that. If you like to block outside noise while listening to music then you won't like these. If u like being aware of your surroundings then you will love them...

For athletes these are one of the best options available. There is a lot to like here. There is literally no risk of losing your buds. They're comfortable and fit well. You can hear and enjoy the music. Battery life is good. When they're connected they're connected. And it does allow you to hear oncoming traffic and your surroundings. If you work out, this is for you.
I knock them down a star because they're not loud enough (although that may be by design) even in relatively quiet environs. The sound quality also is not the best, it could be better. They use a proprietary charger which, while not hard to find online, is proprietary nonetheless. Also I had problems with the microphone in calls more than a few times. And mowing the lawn they couldn't out power the mower. Even if you're an athlete, these are factors to consider.
If you're an athlete or work out a lot this is one of the very best options out there. If not, look elsewhere.

Using these at wirk in the office for calls is great. I can still hear my surroundings and coworkers when needed but can clearly hear all calls i have throughout the day as well. Not so great on an airplane but other headphones are better/made for that anyways.

I originally bought the Shokz OpenRun Pro for biking, but unfortunately, wind noise makes it hard to hear anything clearly while riding. However, it works great for running and casual use. I find myself using it mostly in the office, and I really appreciate the ability to connect it to both my phone and computer simultaneously. One downside is that Microsoft Teams occasionally doesn’t recognize the device, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The product is of commendable quality. I purchased the headphones on October 24, and they demonstrate excellent battery life as well as satisfactory sound quality. However, beginning in March 2025, the headphones started to disconnect from my phone intermittently. Although I have not yet initiated an exchange, I intend to do so if the issue persists.

I have multiple types of headphones and I enjoy these when I am doing another activity like rowing or jogging because I can clearly hear the music and it sounds great, but I can also hear what's going on around me.

I love the way that don’t go inside my ears, and people around can not hear what I am listening, are a little baggy at the back of my head but still give them 5 stars
