Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Great gift for my dad who’s always used the Panasonic headset for his Bluetooth calls

These things work great, i work in a noisy environment and work and wear earplugs 10-16hrs a day, these allow me to listen to podcast thru out work day and battery stays charged from 5am till i get home.

I used to wear in ear headphones. But I could hear what was going on around me. With this Shokz, I can hear the music and my soundings. Work better while I ride in the wilderness. None the less, during my road sessions it gives a great balance between music and the road.

I love this item. Have this item for more than 4 years. Use it every day. Sometime i fall a sleep with it on (does not hurt like other headsets) able to work, drive hands free and just walking around. When i need to focus on a task i put on some ear plugs (for noise cancelation) and add some white noise to focus. I have bought 2 of them in the past 6 years a older model and this one.

Not worth the price, I decided to upgrade from the Open Runs only to realize that due to a completely different design, any water no matter the amount will muffle the speakers on both sides of the ears. The sound quality is almost the same and there is not anything that I could see that justified the price bump from the Open Runs. Honestly just get the cheaper ones for a better product overall

I was surprised at the sound quality. Actually could understand some lyrics to some songs I’ve listened to for years (live rock doesn’t always have clarity). So I like these

These headphones are amazing. The bass is powerful and the sound quality is great. They charge from completely dead to full very fast. I’m happy with this purchase.

The display headset has a way better sound quality then the actual product. I found this being my second pair the quality is not the same. Battery life seems to be not as advertized. The charging cable is propietory so limited in the recharge options. The basic one i bought 2 yrs ago was a better quality product.

They have good sound quality (maybe not as good as a pair of actual headphones, but still excellent) while being completely open ear, comfortable to wear, and with solid battery life. The only downsides are that they aren't super audible when there is lots of ambient noise, and that the latency is worse than most headphones. All in all, a great product

I have tried all of the last 3 versions of the Shokz (previously AfterShokz) and these have some noticeable improvements and were worth the purchase. The sound is improved with the new drivers, especially lows/bass. Again, don't expect miracles in the sound quality department but a noticeable improvement! I have found a much better phone call experience with these, which was one of the complaints with the previous versions, so whatever they did with the mics is much better. The re-positioned charge port enables a better positioning of the volume buttons and that brings up the multifunction button which is also a little easier to find/use.

Wow this is so cool. Warning though you need to have an average to large head for it to fit and stay put. I am petite and it was too big to wear comfortably with movement. Try on before buying. The sound was amazing.
