Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I wasn't sure how these would work. Could not be happier with them. sound is great.

It works well, but the audio quality doesn't come close to decent regular earbuds. It was slightly muffled and if you have the volume cranked up, there's a tolerable tickle sensation where it makes contact. If you absolutely need unobstructed ears to hear surroundings then this is probably the best product for that job.

As a person who suffers from internal ear malformation of the eardrum, these works great for me. They also help me with hearing over the ringing of the tinnitus I have as a side effect of the internal hearing issues. I tried these right away and have had no issues with them. A lot of people say the vibration on the bone is too much for them, but I don't even notice it. I only wish I had found these earlier, instead of the air-pods I was using (which kept falling out of my ear). I can go to sleep with these on without issues.

I’m a carrier for the post office. I’m always on the street walking through neighborhoods. I always have to be aware of dogs and cars when crossing the street. It’s always great to have music or an audio book playing and traditional headphones drown out to much of what’s going on around me. With these I can have music or whatever playing and still hear what’s going on around me. Definitely one of my favorite purchases and definite if your a carrier!!

Perfect device for hearing both your phone call/podcast etc while being able to hear what is going on around you. So much safer for outdoor walks and runs. The bone conduction is great for the hearing challenged too!

Pro:
- Very comfortable, can wear those for long time.
- Stay very secure around your hear. No risk to fall when exercising.
- Sound is pretty good considering they are not in hear or over the heart.
- Can hear what's happen around you. I feel a lot more secure when exercising outdoor compare to standard headphones.
Cons:
- Proprietary cable to power.
- Battery life is average, the advertising 10 hours is a bit optimistic.
In conclusion:
That type of headphones is a very welcome addition to standard headphones. They are not good for every situation (on a plane for example) but for exercise or long meeting, they are awesome.
