I’m sorry I did NOT take pictures or a video. I did return them. I would recommend to someone else if their ears are longer/bigger. Had to give 1star connect 5

Not perfect, but can do the job

I'd use them with earplugs. They got the job done, but quality is kind of lack luster for this purpose. Also, I experienced discomfort after extended periods of time.

These are speakers that have light pressure against you skull for a little haptic vibration and otherwise the feed sound into the ear. As someone who is hearing impaired and has a true bone conducive hearing aid, these interested me. I was disappointed because they are not truly bone conducive headphones.

Bone conduction technology converts sound into mechanical vibrations transmitted through the skin and temporal bone to the cochlea, bypassing traditional air conduction transmitters like the external auditory canal or eardrum. We highly recommend updating to the latest firmware via the Shokz app for the best listening experience. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
