My biggest complaint is the battery life. The description claims '10hrs' but I get maybe 4 if I'm lucky. My guess is I just got a pair with a faulty battery.

While I appreciate the warranty, I've owned four pairs now and all have had issues (mostly charging problems). I bought this pair in Apr 2024 and have already made a warranty claim (Nov 2024).

Unfortunately, they hurt my ears when I run with them. It may be because they are too big. What's even more disappointing is that when I went to return them, I discovered that I mist the return window which is only 2 weeks. Most places give you 30 days and I was very surprised Best Buy only gives 14 days. A big reason for the low rating.

They hear loud static. Currently talking with support who has admitted this issue and I may have to return them if a fix is not shortly available.

When I got them home and charged up, the sound was tinny and weak. At maximum volume it was still what I would consider "usable" volume, but the distortion was notable and ruined the sound quality. No matter how I positioned them or attempted to adjust them (I don't think these are actually adjustable at all), the sound quality was only made worse regardless of what I did. I paid nearly $200 for these and they have the same sound quality as a $30 pair of wired ear buds. Not worth it.

We highly recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.
