Quality product at a reasonable price

The only reason I don't give them a 5 star rating is because there is a proprietary charging cord. My previous version was just charged via USB c and was wonderful! I only had to replace because I lost my first set.

Newer isn't always better

I just find that these new versions have a lower quality of sound despite being the "pro" version. I would go for the mid-level one next time. The open ear feature of these are irreplaceable for me though.

Be Careful with this solid product - Health scare

I can’t wear earbuds because they hurt my inner ear. Being able to be present in my surroundings is also a huge plus. Absolutely love these and this brand.
