I absolutely love the Shokz Open Run Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Headphones. The sound is clear and crisp. I have yet to receive a complaint about the sound of my voice on the other end of a phone call. That said, I have learned when not in use I cannot just leave them on my head over my ears and resting on my temporal bone. I have become acutely aware that I am missing sounds from my environment when I do. To be clear this design is leaps and bounds improved over my Beats by Dr. Dre Powerbeats Earbud Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones with the tether between the two ear buds where that design directly blocks the ear canal. Until you were the Shokz you will most likely have a hard time understanding the dampened sense of sound - it is very subtle. When I ask other Shokz customers about this sensation they look at me sideways. Some have admitted later they understood what I was talking about. The solution for me is simple. I simply drop them to my neck if I am moving about or place them on my desk when working. The only other issue is with connecting them to my apple phone my mac book and my hp laptop. I was spoiled from the relationship between Apple and Beats. They simply just connected without having to constantly reconnect like the Shokz. Hope you found this helpful.

I needed some headphones that were comfortable, long lasting battery life and the ability to hear someone trying to talk to me while I'm at the gym or mountain biking. These serve all of the purposes i needed them for. I like having the ability to hear my friends shouting out hazards on the trail while im listening to music. Are these the best sounding headphones I've ever used? Nope. But again, perfect for what i need them for. 5 stars, would buy again.

These are excellent headphones and well worth the plunge. I spent the extra $50 to buy the Pro edition in order to get more bass sound and these are great. Bone conduction headphones are perfect for exercising and still being aware of your surroundings or keeping an ear out for your kids. The bass is just the right amount without overwhelming you like traditional earbuds. I’ve found you can’t hear approaching cars behind you while wearing those. Another thing, these are very comfortable and I wear glasses. The control buttons are user friendly also. Great headphones. Very pleased.

Surprisingly good! I have the Apple AirPods Max that I enjoy using, however, it puts quite a bit of pressure on my head causing quite a bit of a headache every time I use it. I wanted something that’s comfortable, so I gave this one a shot. I’m pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase. I feel safe walking around with these on since I can still hear my surroundings, and it’s not something that can fall off if I run. Gifted my husband one too, and it’s his favorite!! :)

I can listen to music / lectures / pod casts without without disturbing people around me. They are great for the office and good for home use. I've even used them on airplanes. Voice quality is great for calls. Sound quality isn't as good as high end headphones, but is good enough for most listening. I highly recommend them!

I love being able to hear what is going on around me while listening to music. The sound is great and they are comfortable.

This is a fabulous product. When using these "ears" I never miss a word. I love that it doesn't go into my ears but sits in front of my ears, sending all that I hear as vibration through the bone. GREAT product.

This is a product that works! It connects well and the battery lasts for a long time.

I tried these on in the store and immediately fell in love. The sound was exceptionally good. I liked that they weren't over the head ear phones. I wanted something I could use for walking/working out but also use for work as I work from home and in constant calls. I wanted comfort above all else. At first it takes some getting used to. But what I found was that after 2 hrs of wearing it cause just as much discomfort as my over head war phones. I really liked them but I could not get past the discomfort so I returned them.

I have these on every day. Work construction, can't have ears blocked, these allow me to hear everything going on around me while still hearing the calls, texts and emails. Provide decent sound for music. I rate them the 5 because they are the only Bluetooth that allow me to hear my surroundings. No built in buttons for skipping songs, just an on and off, volume control and a button to answer and hang up

Very well sound quality and is very durable and reliable. I bought it for my dad as a gift he loved it!

Solid piece of hardware. The headset themselves overall or decent. Allows for a person to multi-task. You can listen to others and music at the same time without having to turn the music down or pause it. Only issue is the odd sensation you get from them sitting on the sode of your face for long periods of time.

They are very comfortable and have a nice base to them. I believe if something ever happened to them, I would buy another pair. Nothing inside the ear so nothing pushes on wax or any kind of buildup making your ears hurt.

Overall, the product works well and delivers a good performance in most cases. However, the sound quality is not always consistent - with songs or videos that have strong bass, it can become unpleasant. The battery life could also be improved a bit, as it feels a little short for extended use. Aside from those points, everything else is fine and the product meets expectations.
