However, they are a little bit big for my head and I have to turn the volume all the way up when talking on the phone or watching movies.

Unfortunately, my spouse has a giant head and they were not comfortable for him. We ended up switching to the ones that are not connected together.

The audio was great, and the ability to still be alert and listen to ambient sound was good.

On a busy street, it might not be loud enough to overcome the volume.

Magnetic charger has both positive and negative: it's convenient but can't use the standard charging cable and must not lose/break the included one.

Allows me to hear my music; while noticing if other patrons are talking to me. I can get in the way when putting your head against a bench; but that can be adjusted.

However, if you want to block out all ambient, they're probably not what you're looking for.
