Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Solid performance, easy to wear.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got for my wife...loved 'em so much, got one for myself, and another for a gift. Not audiophile quality, but very good sound while still allowing you to hear what's going on around you. Have been able to keep these on much longer without getting irritating in comparison to other headsets or ear buds.

Very happy with Shockz
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like these. I’m not into the latest technology but I do fly a lot and find these to be more comfortable than headphones. Easy to use, long battery life.

Amazing Product!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been buying these for years. My first pair were before they changed the name. They lasted a long time and Ive loved them and wanted a second pair just in case. I recommend these to everyone because you can listen to whatever you want but still hear your surroundings. To me thats a big deal because when my kids are waking home, they need to be aware of their surroundings.

Love Them With One Problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second pair I’ve bought (the first was when they were called Aftershokz). I bought both from Amazon. The volume of the second second pair isn’t as loud as the first pair, but I wouldn’t call that a deal-breaker. Both are lightweight and comfortable. The top end versions I have last a long time and charge quickly. The only problem I’ve had is the speakers detaching inside the headphones and rattling. I can shake the headphones and hear the rattle. This is a common issue with these. If the folks at Shokz get this corrected, this would be great. I wear them everywhere, even in some noizy environments! They are the best bone conduction headphones I’ve worn so far.

My go to head phones for workouts
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these shokz. I sweat ALOT and these allow me to hear the music when no other ones last through a sweaty workout. Being outside I also like being able to hear the cars coming up behind me so definitely a winner. The last thing for me is that I have a large head and this fits ok. It isn't exactly how you see the photos of people wearing them with a normal sized head, but it still fits securely and I can hear them just fine.

Great Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love these! I work in tech support and take calls 8 hours a day and it can be a bit stressful. I use these to listen to calming meditation music while taking calls and it helps me focus and on the task at hand without distracting me from my conversation I'm having over the phone. Not the best audio that you would get from a traditional driver from an earbud but the ability to hear what's going on around you is well worth it. The audio is better then the entry level ones however and these fit me much better

Premium price. No premium features.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great concept but poorly executed. I love the bone conducting technology and have used the technology in both personal and professional app;ications. These work marginally. These have the limited bluetooth technology of bluetooth devices three generations old. The button cannot be programmed and only answers calls, hangs up calls, starts and pauses music or books. There is no ability to activate speech commands, AI interfaces, or other simple tasks. They do not auto mute when you start taclking like mose modern earbuds do. These randomly stop for no reason. They will stay on but just stop whatever application you are using. Tapping the button will restart music, which is fine, unless you were listening to a podcast or a book. It just defaults to your default music source. These are not loud. Keep them at full volume at all times unless you are sitting in a library. The ambiient sound on a public bus is enough to drown these out. I have Bose sunglasses with bone conducting technology and I can hear them far better. These do not support other technologies I have found in othher devices, such as silencing the ringer on my phone when connected and annnouncing the calller ID so I dont have to try to look at my phone in bringht daylight. There is no case charging, nor is there an inductive charging ooption. Make sure you bring along the specific-to-this-device-only magnetic cord. Lastly, the head band thing around the back of your head. I wanted the extended battery life of this model, and unfortunately that meant a head band thing. Non-adjustable headband thing. It sits one inch off the back of my head. Wearing a jacket with a collar (think Carhartt jacket) and the collar interferes with the device, knocking it from your head. Until these "Premium" devices develop some premium features to match their premium pricetag, avoid them. Current earbuds are a much better value and price.

Durable and unobtrusive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with the Shokz - OpenRun Pro. At first I was concerned the wrap around the back of my head would be too distracting. Now I put them on and don't realize they are there. I like the fact that they do not interfere with ambient voices or other sounds I would need to pay attention to. As a bike rider, it's important to hear any automobile that is getting close, or too close. They are of good quality and seems they be durable.

Long battery life, great sound, fast recharge
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are my first bone conduction headphones, and I wish I had dived in sooner. The only thing to watch for with this style is the background noise. In some situations you want that for safety but if you're in a noisy office with distracting chatter you'll be better off with fully inclosed headphones and noise suppression.
