Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology. On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Fordog
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For those that can't wear ear buds, this is the solution. The most comfortable headphones ever invented. For bone conduction, the sound is just fine. I actually like the fact that I can listen to the headphones and someone else talk to me at the same time. Try that! I listen to baseball and the news anyway, but you can still rock out with these, trust me. YES, these can be worn with sunglasses, no issues. They are easy to use, easy to charge. I would say there is room for improvement where the charging cable connects to the headset. It connects fine, but the metal connections on the headphones don't have a seal or rubber cap that that protects it from sweat dripping on the metal contacts so you have to be extra careful not to charge the headphones until you make sure the contacts are dry. Now why the heck would that not have a cover when done charging one will never know? Hey Shokz! Are you listening to me? Regardless, I highly recommend these headphones.

Great Idea But...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a completely personal take, and I am Not an audiophile... I was initially very hopeful for these as a good way to exercise (mainly cycling) and sweat & especially leave my ear canals open to traffic sounds. I normally wear hearing aids, so that would be an additional bonus as typically it's Either my hearing aids OR earbuds of some sort. I was surprised at the clarity of what the bone conduction could give me, and for podcasts or other mainly voice applications, probably fine. But music, for me, was lacking and just didn't have the presence I crave (much but not all of that being something lacking in the bass--I don't need it to absolutely thump, but it's nice to have some oomph in the lower registers). In the end, I returned this. So, not to say I wouldn't recommend these, but just be aware of some fundamental differences from in-the-ear sound. I know people who are quite happy with them. I'm thankful to have tried them and thankful for Best Buy's return policy.

Great product!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these for work. Good build quality, sound, and overall operation. Would recommend these to my friends and family. Only regret was not getting the mini's. The band around the neck protrudes, and if wearing a jacket or anything with a collar, will push on the band and puts the Shokz in a uncomfortable position. If you have a small head. Get the Mini's

Easily the BEST listening device for your head!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love these! By far the easiest headphones to put on and by far the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned! I was skeptical, but literally, after 30 minutes of continuous use, I forget I even have them on... that's how comfortable they are. I have very sensitive ear canals, so ear buds are a no go for me... even then, never get ear buds to fit comfortably... but these eliminate all need for uncomfortable ear buds! I love these so much, I'm buying another one for my wife!

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these bone conduction headphones. I got them on sale, which made the buy worth it. I also have the non-pro version of these. Between the two, the higher price of the pro doesn't translate to a lot of improved functionality. The only difference I can tell is that the pro has better battery life and doesn't unintentionally increase the volume when I long press the button to turn it off, which is something that the non-pro version does. Take that info as you will.

Live in it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it, live in it. Excellent sound, battery life, and ability to hear what's around me. One drawback: it's a little clunky switching between paired devices.

Love the Shokz
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Shokz. This is the third pair I owned. I broke or lost the previous two because they were with me in conditions the other headsets wouldn't survive. Lets go to the specifics. I am not selling or benefiting from the review, just share my experience hoping it will help people like me. I have very irregular ears which makes use of the in-ear headsets difficult. The SHokz are incredibly smart and ergonomic. 1. You can start use them out of the box, though I would recommend to charge and researcher the basic controls before using. 2. I use the titanium version. It is very light , though you can step on it and it might survive, may not, so I wouldnt recommend the experiment. 3. The headset is so light so you quickly forget it is there. 4. The sound clear and you can hear individual instruments, but the outside sound is not blocked in any way. So you can hear the ocean if you walk on a beach and talk on the phone at the same time. 5. Charging - nothing to mention, it works and convenient to plug in. 6. Hard to talk when wind is blowing, but to be fair, any headset hard to hear on the wind. In short - get it, try it, return if it is not for you. I love them. Thank you

Surprising technology matched with great battery l
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a bit skeptical at first seeing as how these are bone conduction, and there's nothing actually in your ear of the Sounds playing. But, it works! It really works I'm really surprised. The battery is also incredible, like lasts upwards of 10 hours and I'm counting like flights and a car ride for work and nobody. And nobody seemed to notice the sound that much I was playing at that loud either so that probably helped.

Great Headphones For Situational Awareness
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second pair -- I stupidly broke the first pair I bought by sticking them in my pocket without the case, and it snapped where the earpieces connect to the band, so they just kind of flop uselessly around. I immediately bought this pair to replace them because these are so useful for what I need -- I've got a 2 year old and have basically used these headphones for most of her life, so that I can have my Nanit app on my phone and still hear it (or the monitor itself) while listening to podcasts (music is harder b/c it tends to drown the monitor out) while still being aware of the world at large. I've also loved these for working outside (can still hear neighbors or the delivery person if they start talking to you), going on dog walks (can still hear cars), and even driving. I've got a pair of AirPod Pros that I also really love, but they serve a different purpose -- those are for canceling the noise outside, these are for allowing it to coexist with what I'm listening to. I still use them both depending on what I'm doing -- if I went for a run outside, I'd use the Shokz without a doubt. At the gym or on a bus, AirPods. It also works well for hands-free for phone calls, although sometimes it picks up extra noise compared to other headseats I've had. They're also more comfortable than most ear buds I've used (although they can wear on the top of your ears, similar to glasses, and they don't work the best if you're wearing glasses/sunglasses). This version also has a big improvement over the first gen OpenRun headphones -- those would make an annoying BEEP if you got out of range of your device, and you couldn't stop it without turning the headphones off. Every time I went out to the garage for something and forgot my phone, BEEP... BEEP... BEEP. The new ones beep once and that's it. Sound quality is fine, battery life has been great. Just don't stick them in your pants pockets!

Comfortable, Safe, and Great for Active Use
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Shokz OpenRun Pro for workouts and daily use. The bone conduction design lets me hear my surroundings while still enjoying music, which feels much safer outdoors. They’re super lightweight and comfortable, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear for open-ear headphones. Battery life lasts all day, and the fit stays secure during intense activities. Perfect if you want to stay aware and stay connected.
