In Ear and Over the Ear has a better quality of sound but if you need a greater awareness of your surroundings this set is great.

Great Headphones

Crystal clear sound and great for music as well as call for personal or business. I'm always on the go, and normal in-ear style headphones are always falling out of my ears. These Shokz OpenRun PRO headphones stay in place no matter what I'm doing. Battery life lasts all day as well, no matter how long my day is. Give them a try, you'll love them!

Its like having background music to your life. Most of the time you can't even feel them on your head. I wear them at work, the gym and home, even while driving. You can still hear them if you are mowing too and are good to talk on the phone with, although people will look at you funny becasue they dont know that you are wearing then as earphones. Apparently they arent too common to see.
