They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

These are awesome! They sound great, stay in place when working out, connect super fast to your phone, battery last a long time, and you don’t have to pull them off to hear someone talking to you in person. I got them on sale, however, they are worth every penny at full price!

I do not like earbuds, and headphones are too bulky. The shokz are perfect. It took two minutes to connect. The sound quality is really good and the range from from my phone is good. I really love that I can hear what's happening aroud me when I am working or running outside.

Don't expect these to sound as good as normal headphones or earbuds at the same price point. Other than that they do exactly as advertised. If I keep them at a reasonable volume, I can hear my surroundings just fine. They are perfect for me because I can't wear headphones at work and erbuds irritate my ears. Sometimes the base overpowers the treble, but that's not a deal breaker for me as long as I don't feel like scratching me sore ears all day.

Works great in a factory setting with loud noises also has decent bass for what they are. Wasn't really expecting them to work so well unfortunately my job doesn't allow bluetooth anymore so i cant even use them at work anymore.

Excellent bone conducting headphones. I needed a pair of headphones for cycling and after looking around for a while I came across these. I decided to give them a try and haven't been more happier. I still can hear traffic and surroundings while still hearing my music. This is a must while cycling. Just know that these don't have the same sound quality as noise canceling headphones but these are great for a certain purpose.

I bought because I really liked the idea of being able to hear my surrounding and talk to other people in a normal voice. That all worked very well. I care about hearing damage and am not a fan of turning up the volume with ear buds to hear over other noise. The big downside is sound quality. I was skeptical on this, and turns out to be very midrange-y. This was just fine and very acceptable for phone calls. For music is wasn't a good experience. An annoying thing for phone calls was the inconsistency my iphone would choose the headphones that were currently in use or go to the phone. I'd have to select the headphones after answering the call even though the headphones were already connected and playing music. Use on an airplane: I got to travel with these on a plane during and wore earplugs with these to see how that worked. It was just ok. The combo got uncomfortable and, again, the sound quality was poor. I wanted to see if I could listen to music at a normal volume while the earplugs blocked out all the noise. An hour in I went back to my big on-ear headphones. During outdoor activities, they do stay in place and don't fall out or get lost like earbuds do. In the end for the cost and sound quality, I ended up returning and will go back to big headphones for the airplane and the sound of nature when outdoors. Battery life was good for 10-12 hours of mostly constant use.

Game-Changing Ear Relief: Shokz OpenRun Pro Review

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Title: A Game Changer for Those with Ear Issues - Shokz OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Headphones Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently purchased the Shokz OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones in Steel Blue, and I can confidently say that they have been a game-changer for my daily life. These headphones are a testament to innovation in audio technology and are perfect for individuals like me who have ear issues and find traditional headphones uncomfortable. First and foremost, the bone conduction technology employed in these headphones is nothing short of remarkable. Instead of placing speakers directly inside or over your ears, the OpenRun Pro uses vibrations to transmit sound through your cheekbones. This means that your ears remain completely open, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying your favorite music or podcast. For someone like me who needs to stay vigilant due to ear issues, this feature is invaluable. The sound quality is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity and depth of the audio. The bass is punchy, the mids are crisp, and the highs are clear, providing a well-balanced listening experience. Even in noisy environments, the headphones managed to deliver impressive sound quality. Comfort is another area where the OpenRun Pro excels. They come with a lightweight and ergonomic design that ensures a secure fit during physical activities such as running, cycling, or working out. I never had to worry about them falling off or becoming uncomfortable, even during intense workouts. Battery life is impressive as well. The headphones lasted for several hours on a single charge, which is more than enough for my daily needs. The quick charge feature is handy when you're in a rush, and a 10-minute charge can give you enough power for an hour of use. The build quality is sturdy, and the Steel Blue color option looks sleek and stylish. They are also water-resistant, so you don't need to fret about sweat or light rain damaging them during your workouts. In terms of usability, the controls are intuitive and responsive. Adjusting volume, skipping tracks, or answering calls is a breeze with the conveniently placed buttons. One minor drawback is that the bone conduction technology might not deliver the same bass intensity as traditional over-ear headphones, but this is a trade-off I'm more than willing to accept for the added comfort and safety. In conclusion, the Shokz OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones have been a revelation for me. They cater perfectly to individuals with ear issues, providing an exceptional audio experience while keeping you aware of your surroundings. They are comfortable, durable, and stylish, making them an excellent investment for anyone seeking an alternative to traditional headphones. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend these headphones to anyone in a similar situation.

Couldn't ask for a better pair of headphones. The sound quality is great and they are so comfortable I forget I have them on most of the time. Charge lasts around 14 hrs and it only takes about 15 minutes charge it. Definitely recommend these!!

I wear them while working around the house and when riding my bicycle. Very comfortable, I forget they are on. Sound is pretty good considering it is being transmitted through bone and is nice to hear what is going on around around me.
