CON The charging cable is not standard, thus I have had to order several more and I am always looking for it.

Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. These apps use the mic on the phone to pick up surrounding sound and transmit it through the headphones. Unit stopped working.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought them 3 weeks ago and really like the fact I was able to listen to music, videos or a phone call and able to hear my surroundings as well. I charged them overnight as normal for the next day and after 2 hours quit working. Okay so I thought maybe I didn’t have the charger connected right so I charged them and got the blue light ready to go and still wouldn’t power up. Luckily it was still in the window for return so I took them back and decided to get the AirPod Pro instead. So far so good.

Didn’t like the vibration on my skin

I paired the to my phone and played some dubstep music, the device could not handle the bass and vibrated on my skin, yes know these are bone conducting. Had to take them back.

Good for some useage but they will never replace in-ear units

I thought it was just a bad unit so I returned them and got the same model again. Had the same problem with both units so I ended up going back to the AIRs model and the problem was solved. The microphones in this model need something changed before I can recomend them to anyone.

People beside you can also hear the music. But it is nice to still hear things going on around you while listening to the music.

What I liked about them was the ability to hear and not have anything stuck in my ear. What I didn't like was how muffled someone sounded, the vibration when someone was speaking and how sore the back of your ears got after wearing them. They also had an issue where they constantly have to be paired and that's a no go for me.
