Great for bicycle riding

My wife's minis died after a few months and support was unclear of the resolution. After 6 weeks an open box with an unclean standard size arrived. Based on that I one starred that review. The next day support reported a new mini pair was on the way. In the end, support did make it right. I've had no issue with my pair. Compared to other technology the sound isn't as fantastic for music but the open ear is great for situational awareness.

Cant live without them

Also very visble for working retail where you need to engage with customers, especially if you have a lot of hair that can hide it.
