Not very good quality sound coming in or out I would also like to say I got the newer version with the extended microphone that one works better but still they need a might that is right next to your mouth in order to get better quality hearing from your friends and a loader speaker and that would be hot on the market

This is a good product but I’ve faced some issues to keep it adjusted in our head

I love these when they worked. After less than 4 months I can not get a charge light when connecting them to the charger. I also can not get them to turn on or anything!! Way too much money to be having this issue so soon. I am very disappointed!!

NO bass at all and this is what I was hoping for. I get that it is a bone conduction type headphone, but seriously lacks any bass and I like to feel and hear my music. I ended up returning them.

These were not good for me gave me a headache listening to music and background notice

I was excited sound incredible but the battery don’t last not even 3 hours .. that was the only issue price is really good .. was dad I returned them.. if is for an hour I recommend this product

Ok not use to the technology. I like regular studio headphones better.

Bought and quit working in 28 days. they exchanged for new pair. They lasted 1 yr from date of exchange. Of course Best buy don't cover warranty. AND THE SOUND WASNT ANY BETTER THAN CHEAP AMAZON BUYS.

It cuts in and out, and difficult for people to hear you clearly quite often.

I don’t like how the vibration feels on the side of my face, but to each it’s own!

Got these back in december cause work changed their policy to allow bone conduction earphones, but havent got the chance to actually use them until recently due to my departments restrictions. Worked fine for about a week, but now this week its taking 8+ hours to charge, and is barely lasting 3 hours (only idea why for that is it was on max volume, so that may be on me for working in a factory i guess). 1/10, would return these if I still had the reciept

We returned this. It was not comfortable. Difficult to get on and off and rubbed the neck. I expected it to be more flexible around the neck, but it was quite stiff. The sound was okay. People I talked to on the phone could hear background noise clearly, nothing was drowned out. This was returned.

I have had these for less than 2 weeks and they are DEAD, I noticed that they would randomly turn off when I was wearing them and figured that maybe if you don't have anything playing for a certain amount of time then they'd do it intentionally to save battery or something, but now there's no turning them on and plugging them onto the charger doesn't do anything at all no indication that they are even plugged in, I even tried both cords and different USB charger ports, nothing changes. Needless to say I'm not pleased that they died so soon especially when I had friends who spoke so highly of these headphones (they have the older version). If these hadn't died then I would be very happy and would probably give full stars because I actually really liked them when they were working correctly.
