Birthday gift to myself
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son has an earlier model of AfterShokz bone conduction headphones. They were so comfortable and I borrowed them so much that for my bday I bought myself a pair. I'm so in love with this version, they fit better and I didn't think the sound could be improved but they did it! Very lightweight, and you forget they are on if you turn off the music. Definitely recommend, love them!

great sound, comfortable, but durability is an iss
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these headphones. The sound is great, especially if I use foam earplugs to filter out external noise. The battery holds charge well, and doesn't fatigue much even from daily rechargings. They're super-comfortable, so that I often completely forget they're on my head. The one downside, perhaps, is reliability. My first pair failed due to the micro-USB charging port. This has since been replaced with a magnetic charging port. On my second pair the buttons eventually stopped working: due to sweat exposure, perhaps (although they are rated sweat resistant). Each of these failed within the 2-year warranty period, so I was fine. If they lasted longer they'd get 5 stars

Great Earphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earphones. With other products my ears hurt so these are amazing. They also do not fall off my ears which is amazing. The sound is also really good and allows you to hear your surroundings.

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I go for a walk every day and wear these great headphones. I love them cause I can still talk to people who stopped me on my walk and I can hear them easily. I also have no problem with incoming cell phone calls and every one says they can hear me very well.

Ideal for gym & outdoors
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for music at the gym. I previously was streaming music into my bluetooth hearing aids. The sound quality through hearing aids is crap and it eats the batteries like crazy, so that was not going to be the long-term solution that I thought. These headphones are very comfortable and I have a better sense of what is going on around me. Obviously, not noise-cancelling. The sound quality is "different", I think it is better than my hearing aids (that I now remove at the gym). I know that isn't high praise. They don't have the bass of a full ear-covering headphone like a Bose noise cancelling unit, but then again, I barely know that I'm wearing these as far as comfort and cool to wear. The gym I go to plays music over their intercom and it usually sucks. When I have these on, I don't hear their music at all. On a full charge, I wear out at the gym long before the battery life of these headphones. They are supposed to last 6-8 hours or so. As they power on, it tells you the status of the battery. Easily pairs with my iPhone. The little button on the side toggles the play/pause nicely. I think these are ideal for the gym or for walks outside or bicycle riding where you need to be able to hear outside sources of sound also so you don't get run over. Light weight and cool, not hot around your ears. Sweat impervious.

Great Exercise Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased to replace my Aftershokz Air. The Air lasted about 2 years before the left speaker started to buzz. I used these headphones primarily when I exercise. I like the open ear design. I sweat a lot and since there is nothing inserted in my ear canal, my ears do not get plugged. Sound quality is slightly better than the Air, but these are not a replacement for high end, noise canceling headphones. I am surprised by the audio quality and have never regretted owning them due to sound quality. Battery life seems very good, but I have a tendency to put it on the charger after every workout. Overall, I am very pleased with these headphones and have been an advocate for them whenever the issue of music and exercise come up.

Great headphones, function button a little fiddly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These work great, they are mostly weatherproof, sound great, connect reliably to my phone or computer, and are everything I had hoped. Note that if you want to listen to loud music and still hear traffic or conversations, these won't work quite like advertised. They do drown out other noises when you reach a certain volume. Keep the volume lower when in traffic or if outside sounds are important. My only issue is that the button on the left lobe will pause with one tap, and go to next song with two taps. I regularly "miss" the first tap when trying to double-tap. I wish the button were a little more tactile, more like a "click" than a "tap" so I could be sure when I'm running and trying to advance to the next song that I did it right. I occasionally use these for Teams meetings or call phone calls, and the microphone works just fine. Overall, I really enjoy these and not having things jammed in my ears.

Nice headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Confortable, light. I have been always running with the traditional earbuds and after 1 month of using the bone conductivity headphones I have to admit that it is gonna be awhile until I get back to the others if any. Apart from that very happy with Bestbuy attendants.

Excellent for home use
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are my first bone conduction headphones and I love them. I previously had galaxy pods that I overused to point of my ear bleeding, and these are the perfect alternative. The sound quality is very good, perhaps in ear headphones are slightly clearer. The Bluetooth connection is much more consistent than the $20 over ear bluetooth headphones I had. Battery life lasts you an entire day on the computer. These come with the massive plus that they don't hurt my ears or my head, which is what happens when I wear in ear headhones and over ear headphones, respectively. I love these bone conduction headphones, they are amazing.

The Shokz Openrun Mini's are perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE these bone conducting sports/active earbuds! I will always use these! The best earbuds I've ever owned or bought. Great sound easy app connectivity through google play. You forget that you are even wearing them! No one can hear your music but you and you can hear everything around you if you dont have the volume up too high. You can still hear everything but more difficult to hear someone asking a question. I returned these ONLY so I could get the OpenRun Minis. I wear a smaller hat so I needed smaller shokz. The minis only come in black and on the OpenRun. The openrun's are also waterproof which made me breath easier when it started raining! They are so comfortable that I forget that I have them on! The best bang for your buck! THE BEST active bluetooth wear I've ever owned!!! Even then, this morning I had the volume on high and could still hear a bird in the tree above me

The best headphones
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Husband and myself have these headphones . Lightweight, stay in place and since they do not go in your ears you don’t have to worry about them hurting your ears or falling out. Husband wears them driving equipment and has no trouble hearing with them. Aeropex has a great warranty so register them when you receive them.

Great everyday bone conduction!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bone conduction has come a long way. I had a pair of aftershokz trekz titanium from before shokz changed their name, and these sound so much better, are lighter and more compact, water resistant, magnetic charging, and doesn't leak anywhere near the amount of sound the previous old generation did. Very happy and wear these to bed, while driving, running, cycling, etc. Even wore these in the sauna! Highly recommended. The microphone is not very good for calls though; if that is your main purpose, look elsewhere. I think shokz has a model with a boom microphone.

Aftershockz Aeropex review
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Back in 2011 I started panicking about something that some of you may think sounds very silly. I was Pregnant. Initially I was excited and happy. After we had my oldest child- the panic set in soon after when I didn’t feel comfortable wearing headphones anymore. Maybe I’m the only mom this has effected but I highly doubt it. I kept headphones or ear buds in my ears from the time I was 11 until after my first baby was born. Then I realized it’s just not safe. I felt like I could just listen to music on the radio. I didn’t like most of the music that came on the radio. Some music that I listen to has words I’d rather have my child not have to learn until they read it on the bathroom wall in middle school. After our second child I got a pair of nice beat noise cancellation headphones. I’ve worn them possibly 3 times in 3 years. That alone made me so sad. I was not able to have the music in my ears at all without it stopping background noise. My ability to hear my kids is more important to me due to their safety. I decided I’d sacrifice my music for them. Then I read about aftershockz. I am absolutely elated about these bone conduction headphones. No the music isn’t blasting out my eardrums; the base isn’t the BEST. It is the absolute best purchase I’ve made in over 5 years I’d have to say. Every day since I bought them I’ve used them. I can easily hear all background noise without a problem. It’s important that I can hear what my kids are doing- or not doing. I don’t want them blocked out. Finally being able to add music back to my life has been thrilling to say the least. They don’t hear it but I can. I can also hear them. It’s perfect for anyone needing to be aware of background noises. The technology is impressive. I highly suggest the Aeropex series. Great for keeping your ears open.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this pair as a gift. I use my own every day. Battery usually lasts about 8 to 9 hours of continuous run time though it varies on your volume level. These are great if you work in an environment where you are required to be aware of what's going on around you at all times. They are very comfortable for long periods of use and the built in microphones are so good that people never know when I'm on a call using it. These are also a good hearing aid replacement. My father is legally deaf and has purchased very expensive hearing aids in the past but he claims the quality of sound from running these with a passive mic app on his phone is on par if not better than the hearing aids. Plus they're fully waterproof. If you have the money I would definitely recommend a pair of these.
