Hey there! We're sorry to hear that your Aeropex are disconnecting. Nearly all connectivity issues can be resolved with a manual reset. You can perform a manual reset on your headphones by following these instructions:
*Please turn the device you're pairing your headphones to off then back on before resetting*
      1. Start with your headphones powered off.
      2. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds. Your headphones will turn on, and then the LED light will flash red and blue.
      3. Press and hold the multifunction button, volume+ button and volume- (all three buttons) button simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. You'll hear beeps and/or feel vibrations. This may take several attempts.
      4. Turn your headphones off.
Your headphones are now reset and can be re-paired to your device.
Please contact our Customer Happiness Team for further assistance. Thank you! AfterShokzCHT

    Amazing Headphones

These headphones are some of the best sport headphones that I've ever owned. They fit easily and have better sound than any other bone conduction headphones that I've owned. I want to wear them for a run and still here the world around me? They do that. I want to listen to my music at full blast? They've got me covered. Great battery, great weight, great performance. I don't regret any part of my purchase.

Love. Warning for headaches / dizziness

Let me start by saying, when on low volume, these do sound muffled. However, as this is used to hear surrounding noise as well, I completely expected this. When the volume is up and/or you use ear plugs, these sound amazing. The only thing I'd change about this headset is the sizing. This is extremely large on me. From other reviews this is a common issue of being either too tight or too loose. This product either needs to have different sizing available, make the back more flexible, or make more adjustable like over-the-ear headphones. As is, it feels strange while wearing hoodies or leaning against anything. As a warning: these can be disorienting. If you experience dizziness or headaches, be cautious buying this product. This issue is very minor for me personally but it has been noted by others as a major problem. Just be cautious and keep the receipt until you know how it will affect you. Other than that, I love this product. Its comfortable enough to forget it's being worn, Sound is nice and still able to hear my coworkers while I'm at work. Allows me to have music without bothering others. Honestly, forget that other people can't hear the music. It sounds like listening to a radio at the store. I love it!!

    Nice, comfortable, and very functional

For an open-ear headset/headphone, this is pretty darn good. It rests against the area just before your ear canal, transferring the sound through the cartilage there. The open design means that you don't get as much bass response as a regular headphone or earphone. It also does NOT mask outside sounds. You will hear everything around you. That means the volume is not as loud as over-ear headphones or earbuds. Loud external sounds can drown out the sound from these headphones. But likewise, you're not separated from the sounds around you. You can hear a car coming or someone calling your name. I wanted an earphone I could wear when walking so that I could listen to music, but not be ignorant of what's happening around me. This is perfect for that.
