Nice for those that can have things in there ears.

It did come with ear plugs to isolate the ears from outside sound, but I found that counter productive to this type of device rather than on, in or over the ear products. One drawback is when talking to someone on the phone, there does not seem to be sound isolation so they can hear all the background noise from my end. One other drawback is the placement of the phone pick up bottom It’s either just not big enough or just placed in a not easily discernible location when you go to answer the phone.
