These were much better, as they were louder than the previous model i bought. My only complaint is thst they are still a little quiet

I really like having my ears "open" especially when around other people. Call quality is okay. I really like the placement of the control buttons. 4 stars mostly due to the fit over the ears, especially when I wear them with my glasses. Other reviewers said that was not an issue, so I'm assuming it's an individual by individual fit issue.
