I had the 2nd generation and I thought there would be a big improvement with the Aeropex? There is improvement but not enough for the difference in price.

For the price, the sound quality could be better. Use while riding a motorcycle not very good. Mic can become muffled if they get too wet. Showering with them, swimming, use in the rain..... not the best idea. Even though they're "rated" for it.

I enjoy using these on my mountain bike rides, great battery life. Occasionally the sound is a bit off, but otherwise happy with purchase.

Easy to use and extremely light weight. No need to use regular earbuds and having issues if any ear pain after.

I had the trekz air. The aeropex a perceivable lighter and smaller. The sound quality is better both in leakage and hearing.

Sound quality was good, but you can’t lean your head back against a pillow or a head rest, since they loop around the back of your head, but not tight to your head, the skull pads get pushed forward, off your head, and loose their connection to your skull, rendering them useless, such as when laying in bed or reclining in a chair with a headrest.
