      Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your OpenRun. We do have a mini size available, that may be a better fit for you. Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. These apps use the mic on the phone to pick up surrounding sound and transmit it through the headphones.     For the price I don’t think these are worth it.. That being said the music quality isn’t too bad, but talking on the phone your better off not even picking up. Trying to hear what the person is saying to them not being able to hear you is what you’ll be dealing with time and time again. The microphone is sub par at best. Build quality overall feels pretty solid

    The 8 hour life span is not an 8 hour life span. I love the idea and concept of the look and feel of this product but the battery life should be listed as 6 hours at most. Just like the cheaper variants these were the most expensive ones due to “battery life”, so I went with this type but I should of saved myself 100.00 and gotten the older ones because the life span “battery” is the same as listed.
