Awesome for people needing to be aware of their surroundings

Their latest headphones, the Aeropex, is definitely their best in terms of sound quality and innovation. Unfortunately, after 3 months it stopped working - it would not turn on even after charging. I've tried contacting customer support, but their website doesn't allow me to log in. I'm waiting for a response from an email I had to send. I've previously owned two other Aftershokz headphones, and they both stopped working, but I was able to get replacements via customer support. I was hoping their latest product would have resolved their past problems. Build quality is suspect.

Good to have when jogging..riding a bike.. or yard work

Personally not a fan of these headsets. Main reason is the fit near my ear, the sound quality is a bit muffle and the actual bar the proceeds out from your ear moves around a lot. I found this when I am either walking or turning my head in conversation with friends.

Mediocre sound, excellent situational awareness. Very safe for road work.

I used it for almost 2 years. Got the value as expected.

Sound is great, I wish the headstrap was adjustable.

I think this is a great product. The only thing I dont like is when you have it at the loudest the vibration you get on your temple is annoying but once they fix that it will be 5 star product

I like the design behind the theory! It’s not adjustable to be exactly where you need them to be to get the best sound! Battery is really weak when it comes to always having to charge it. Talk time is less than a few hours at best. You can get through an hour workout and it’s gonna be dead after

I thought I was going to have a long time charged I charge it the whole night and in 1/2 hour it turns off I’m really disappointed in this product

Works well while i work. Can stay in the game while on the field. Bluetooth has great range. Its made good too, not easily broke

A couple of friends of mine swear by these. They're smaller framed than I am (6'4"). When I wear it, the mic is blocked so no one I talk to with it can understand me. Also not great for noisy areas... if you turn it up too loud it's vibrations are pretty annoying. Maybe if they made a bigger size.

I take one star off because the microphone quality is poor during cycling.

Not loud enough, I attended a lot of concerts in my younger years, and my hearing isn't what it used to be. These are really cool, but not for me.

For the price and brand name these should be way better. Sleek design, but starts buzzing at high volume. Prefer my cheapo (1/4 the price of Razr) set bought online.

I had the trex titanium for a long time and the sound quality and battery life were my only complaints. So I was extremely happy when these came out because they were billed to have better sound and an 8 hour play time. I have tried them for 2 days in case the first day was a fluke and the battery life on 3/4 volume is a sad 3 to 4 hours and the sound quality to me is no different than the titanium. I love the fit and weight but they are definitely not worth 174 dollars after tax. I have a 10 dollar set from a big box stores that has better battery life and sound. I will be returning them as soon as possible and I'm done with the trex brand.
