Then it would not turn on and got very hot while charging. Luckily, it did this on the last day I could return and I did. Replaced with the open move model and it would not turn on out of box. This company has a problem.

I had them 2 1/2 months and had no issues with them whatsoever. Then they just died. Stopped working, won't charge, no lights, no sounds, nothing. I can't return them and can't afford new ones. They are very small, and I have a big head. The headphones pinches just behind the ears causing discomforted. I never even turn them on, return to right away.

Did all the recommendations from the website Troubleshooting and it helped for a one time use then drained again. I returned and will be shopping for different brand.

Blue Parrot provided better quality hearing and more talk time. The technology though is very impressive, good pair of headphones to impress friends.
