Only downside is that if you wear it for a bit long it starts to annoy you with tightness. Other than one negative, it makes cardio fun.

Yes you can shower with these so if you dont want to wake/disturb people with your music and want to jam to some tunes or listen to your podcasts or lectures, these are the pair id recommend to you.
