This is what i use whenever im just going to be standing still or walking around to shoot video. Worked perfect for filming my son's hockey game and Lacrosse practice. its makes that a bit more comfortable than holding just the little camera.

This little thing is awesome for the GoPro. I bought it to go with my Hero5. The shorty is only like 4.5" long but can extend to about 8.5" and also work as a tripod. Mixed with the remote, its a handy little accessory that I strongly recommend

Works great for holding while taking videos and the mini tripod works great for when you want to take a still that you want to be in. A must for some one who want to use the GoPro not on a helmet mount for action videos.

I got this Shorty to replace my lost 3 way tripod, and this mini Shorty is really handy and easy to carry i really love it. So far so good no issues with it and you could never go wrong with GoPro produts anyways.

Didn't expect to really use it after purchasing (bought it only because I was traveling and didn't have my joby). It's super convenient having the pole and tripod in one. Was great for time lapses in RMNP.

Small footprint and light weight makes this accessory a great addition for on the go carry. I like the quick tripod feature that folds up for a lightweight selfie stick. Not as good as the individual pieces but is great when you want to keep the weight down.

I'm using the GoPro Shorty with the HERO7 black. Easy to load and unload the camera. Good grab and go handle with simple tripod and extension functions. The only con is the slick surface of the handle. A grippier finish would make this product 5 star.

I have purchased knock off accessories and this one is the real deal. It's light and fits perfectly. A little slippery but with a little grip tape it becomes extreme.

It's a good extension pole for those of you that like those things.
