Really disappointed. Have used this software to file my taxes for ten years. Since I have a new Surface Book without a CD drive I called Best Buy Geek Squad and asked if there was a code or instructions for doing that. What I was told is "all major software makes that provision nowadays". That ended up being an erroneous opinion. Next step would be to ask TurboTax to provide me a download as there is a barcode on the package. Why didn't I just buy the download from TurboTax you might ask? Wanted to use Best Buy rewards banked to pay for it. The software itself will be 5 Star I'm sure as long as you correctly interpret how to answer the questions on Health Savings accounts and 401k withdrawals when you are over 59.5.

This 'coupon' gets you a discount on Shutterfly items, like calendars made from your own photos. Make sure you want to do that, because it's a real pain to unsubscribe from Shutterfly and they send you ads every single day.

The drive was delivered this afternoon. Unfortunately, there is a System Requirement statement on the box which does not match the Specifications statement on your web page description of the product,: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-elements-portable-1tb-external-usb-3-0-portable-hard-drive/5195200.p?skuId=5195200 I intended to use the drive on an Asus netbook, which is still running Windows XP. I will come into a Best Buy store with the drive and the netbook. I am sure that we can figure out a reasonable solution. Thank you, Frank Zerbi

Recently i ordered Ipad Air 2 and some other items through online.I got a free software as part of Air2. Later I cancelled Air2 order.But best buy had charged 32$ amount for the software that was given free. I was shocked and I called customer care but the response was very poor and they were not ready to cancel the amount. Why should I lost my hard earned money for the item that was cancelled and going to be unused for me. Very worst service, Poor response. Never ever buy electronics from best buy online. It will end up in worst buy.

I have so many shutterfly coupons from Best Buy. I find that more often than not, there is no real value to these offers as it usually costs more than the offer.

I am not a fan of these types of offers since I usually forget to use them. So from my personal standpoint they do not have much value

I have unable to obtain my 8x8 book. Not sure what this promo was all about other than advertising for Shutterfly
