I don't know why this product is being advertised as a free gift whenever you purchase something from BB. I'm just not interested in this kind of product and i wish they would have something else as a free gift. Something that a customer can choose from would be a good idea.

This is an ok product, I would possibly recommend.

Supposed to be free book or $20 of prints. Tried buying over $20 worth of 5x7 prints, but doesn't work. Not sure if it's new customers only, or if the order total is stipulated somewhere, or if it's really just for the photo book, haven't tried those options.

I was supposed to get a code emailed to myself after getting it with a deal for a camera that I got. It had been over a month now and still has not seen anything in my email or in my best buy accound. Very upset about this. Wouldnt trust

this came with the purchase of the minion instax mini camera and it was useless. I clicked into shutter fly through my email of the code and it said it was already used. I tried numerous times to use it and it wouldn't work.

This 3dr drone is discontinued junk--this company went out business. I spent /gave Best Buy $539.00 thirty minutes before I learned this via Google--and Best Buy refuses to cancel my order. Last item I Buy from them ever.

I’ve been given maybe 6 of these over the years. I’ve never used them and they seem like a gateway to spending more money. I wish they would give you cash off instead of a gimmick gift

All I wanted was the photo album, but I was offered everything but; and could not find it. I was flooded with emails offering "free" this and "free" that, but no "free" album. A total waste.

Even thought I was suppose to get shutterfly money for free, when attempting to enter code, system states code had already been used. I never got any shutterfly product. Huge disappointment.

Came free with backup. Didn’t use it. Those things are useless to me. $20 gets you nothing when you look at the prices on the website for something you’re actually interested in.

Was an add on for a purchase I made and is not worth it at all. 8x8 photo book is price of the gift card amount... then shipping is an extra $10. Waste of time and money.

Yea I forgot about this freebie received. Good think a butterfly offers free books 3 or 4 times a year if you subscribe to there email list. Perk not that great.

I didn’t like Shutterfly’s photo book tool. It was a pain to upload the photos. Not an easy use process. I finally gave up. This credit is not worth the frustration.

Called Best Buy - 45 minutes - was passed to 10 different associates before being told I must take the software purchased online to a best buy store to receive activation.

The Shutterfly Code I received for $20 as part of a bundle did not work. I e-mailed Shutterfly after receiving the code on 3/4/18 but did not receive a reply.

This bundle would of been better if the camera case was included and not Shutterfly. This was a gift I received and they didn’t know I don’t use Shutterfly

Free is good but the selection to choose from is undesirable. I would rather get extra money off my best buy product or extra reward points

I tried different ways to obtain the gift item mentioned but it was difficult and to this date just gave up. Don’t depend on getting this.
