Shutterfly wouldn't let me use the $25 off or the book

I love it when BB offers these bonus gifts to my purchases! Getting a photo book for free is an excellent and USEFUL perk, the modern throw back to “family photo albums”!

Uniy is a wd blue. Works great. So far so good. Im replacing a 3 year old wd that crapped out on me.

To my supprise It was very easy to order. It came sooner then I thought it would arrive especially at Christmas time. The package was in very good condition, as though I went to Best Buy and bought it But I Saved all that time and trouble.

Excellent for the price. Bundle had everything it showed. I love the little carrying case it came with. And the cute sticker.

It produced a nice set of photo's for a gift. Was wonderfully cute.

I always buy from shutterfly so knowing that I can get a $25 gift card is great!

I would really love to give this a 5 star rating, because as a photographer I could definitely use this as a small gift for one of my clients! However, the order keeps saying that the instructions for this were emailed to me, and the instructions are nowhere in my inbox, nor is there a way for me to claim this in my order status. I really wish Best Buy would fix this issue, because as a customer I was really looking forward to this perk of shopping there!

The advertisement on Best Buy states "Choose your free gift: $25 to spend or 8x8 Photo Book" There are no terms or conditions on the advertisement, when added to my cart or on my receipt. When I tried to use it at Shutterfly there are conditions. For instance I was unable to use it to buy Prepaid Print Plans. After calling Shutterfly they did change my discount to a $25 credit which I was thankful for but I would not go through all this drama again. I should have just purchased on Amazon.

Gave it it to someone else. I personally did not use his.

Buy a memory card, get free photos. What's not to like there?

I have several of these and they are impossible to redeem. You redeem the code sent to you by Best Buy and nothing happens! No credit on website no free book no nothing! No support from the company!!! Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for aligning themselves with Shutterfly! I question Best Buy's judgement and wonder if I should ever do business with them again!

Garbage & a scam. I have 6 of them and they CAN NOT be combined. Best Buy does not have this posted on the website. You wont find out about these "promo" codes until you go to shutterfly. Shutterfly makes SURE you spend at least 20$ cash. if the item is 20$ shutterfly will not let you use a promo code..Use a different printing site.stupid scam.

The fact that this has more positive reviews than negative baffles me and makes me question the review system all together. This doesn't work at all and it's a big hassle. It's so annoying that it's the kind of thing that makes me dislike both companies.

I used the certificate code to set up an account with shutterfly, then tried to order some prints , but was told the code had been already used. How could it be used without me ordering anything? Hope Best Buy could offer something really useful not this shutterfly junk!
