I gave the movie 4 stars expecting it to be great.

Benicio del Toro shines bright in Sicario’s sequel. Though not as captivating as the first film. Day of the Soldado goes into a crazy world that’s frightening. Intense. Dramatic. Action filled. Sicario 2 is certainly worth a watch for fans of the first.

If you enjoyed the first movie, then be prepared to be dissapointed. While the first quarter of the movie holded potential of decent story, it throws all of that out the window right after just so it could setup a third movie. Honestly disappointed.

This movie lacks the charm of the first movie and focuses on the DEA sponsored kidnapping of a cartel member’s daughter to lure the cartel lead’s attention. It doesn’t really pan out that way much to the film’s detriment.

The first movie was great on all angles but this one is in the cliché of most movies about an assassin and his conciense and all that follows . The apprentice was the crap part , so that's it. Sorry but not that good .

This movie is filled with all the fears and innuendos the Trump Admin. tried to put into the Mid-Term Election, including terrorists coming into the country via the boarder, illegal cross boarder operations, etc.

I felt Sicario: Day of the Soldado was a good-not great followup to the first movie. Obviously there will be a third movie in this trilogy and my expectation is that it will be a fitting ending to this storyline

Score and setup were stellar then it took a turn that made me want to leave the theater. Potential was there and then someone took the writing out the back alley. Worthy of a rental from the local apothecary.

I loved the first 'Sicario" and had high hopes for this sequel but alas,it does no measure up. It's not bad in places but overall just a so-so film and I didn't like the ending at all. Nice steelbook though...

Not as good as the first movie but it was still a good movie, just doesn't live up to the hype. However I am looking forward to the third movie, if they decide to make another one.

This sequel is a little bit more action oriented compared to the focus on the drug trade and how various countries participate in it. You get your usual Dolby Atmos and HDR10 with the 4k disc.

Day of the Soldado is very mediocre. The ending is very shooty. It seems like there will be a third but they could have stopped at the first. Glad I didn't pay full price though.

The second is installment of the movie was action pack however I believe the story line was set up for the 3 movie. I still love the movie but not as good as the first one!!

The Blu-ray provided a good picture and sound. I had high hopes for this movie after watching the movie Sicario. This movie was a big let-down and the story was just not believable. The movie never came together and I guess the writer and director have to take the blame for that. I won't be watching if they make a third Sicario movie.

This was not as good as the first movie I think they just wanted to play of the success of the first I hope they have a better plot if they decide to make a third movie

I felt his is movie was a let down from the first one, but you never know my view may a lot different then your. Don't not watch it because I said I didn't like it.

The first one was so shocking and surprising and would still recommend this one to continue the story. Maybe I just need to watch again?

Could have been better. Sicario had a far better story and utilized the characters perfectly. This movie sorta fell flat. Wasn't a fan of the ending either.

Movie was ok... not as good as the first but isn't that the case with most sequels? If you watched and liked the first one then it's worth watching once

I liked the first Sicario movie, so I was looking forward to this one. It was a good movie, but not quite as good as the first one. Still a good watch.
