With such good actors I expected more in this movie. It was rather boring and the plot was lacking.

The original Sicario was an excellent movie but this sequel may be better than the first. It is rare that a sequel will equal or surpass the original but in this case the film written by Taylor Sheridan and starring Josh Brolin and Benicio del Toro is perfect in every detail. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

This was a good follow up to the first film that will hopefully get a sequel to finish the story.

Overall was a good movie but not as suspenseful as the first one leading to the action scenes.

This sequel to the original Sicario is a very good follow-up continuing the saga of the multi-national drug-dealer eliminating duo of Del Toro and Brolin's characters. Emily Blunt's character is sorely missed here but the action sequences and firearms play keep your attention throughout. Worth a watch especially if you enjoyed the superior original.

I rarely buy a physical copy of movies at full price. This is another fine example of a great movie that Best Buy featured at a hugely discounted rate! I love finding deals like this at my local store

This movie is a great follow-up to its predecessor. If you like suspense, action, great acting and dialogue, well, you are in for a treat. Josh Brolin and Benicio Del Toro are phenomenal. I highly recommend this adding this movie to your collection.

Movie started out fine but fizzled in the middle and the end was a little disappointing

While not better than the original Sicario, Day of the Soldado is a very solid followup that delves deeper into Alejandro and Matt. Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin are absolutely fantastic here, and this is a great looking 4k image. Can't wait to see what writer Taylor Sheridan has for us in the next film!

I really enjoyed Denis Villenueve's Sicario, and wasn't expecting a sequel, so Day of the Soldado caught me by surprise. It's not necessarily as good, but Josh Brolin and Benicio Del Toro still make the film worth watching (although Emily Blunt is sorely missed). They make a curious hint towards more Sicario films in the extras, so... maybe?

Concentrating mostly on the steelbook design, this release has many things going for it. It has exclusive artwork but lacking in a few details that would have made it even more awesome. Some embossing or debossing would have been welcome and some gloss or spot gloss would have made this better. Overall a really nice addition to any collection

I am a big fan of the 1st Sicario movie & this one is right there with it. The acting is superb & the action is just as packed as the 1st Sicario. The ending of the movie looks like there will be a 3rd movie. I'll be waiting. Sicario Day of the Soldado is a must have if you're a fan of Cartel Movies.

With Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin returning to their original roles, this is a further character building interesting twist to their fates. And clearly leading up to a possible third installment of the Sicario series. With enough unexpected twists and turns to keep you guessing, and at the edge of your seat. In stunning UHD of course!

Good follow up to the 1st one. Good amount of action and should keep most people awake.

The second installment of Sicario; Movie is a high intensity military/three letter agency special ops type of movie that reflects the real world issue of Human Trafficking with Drugs, Illegals, Guns, and Money. Lots of action and intense combat scenes, only downfall is they left the ending vague.. of course to make another installment.

I liked the movie. I hope it would had more action. But still a good movie.

This film is as exciting as its predecessor. Action scenes are great and some surprises with the stunts. The acting is good and the plot can be followed. Shows the vicious ways the cartels treat people and how immigrants are treated by coyotes as they try to come illegally across the border.

This movie is a sequel to that other movie, which was pretty good to be a first try.

Honestly I understand why people don't hold a candle for this entry against the first. It plays out as a story in progress, more like a tv episode. At least they complete the story arc that began in this film and proceed to the start of the next. I hope they get the third film started soon.
