Sicario 2 very awesome movie to watch a must see will blow your mind away

love the steelbook more then the movie actually. the first one is better.

This movie was intense with heart. Picture and sound was fantastic on 4k.

Maybe not quite as good as the 1st one, but still a great action movie.

Movie looked and and was pretty decent but would have been better to rent instead of buying.

2015's Sicario was a fantastic thriller about the realities of combating the drug trade; Sicario Day of the Soldado is a ridiculous sequel that fails to expand on the themes of the first film in a meaningful way and is frankly a muddled mess. The film starts with cartel coyotes smuggling a muslim terrorist over the boarder prompting the US government to initiate black ops against the cartels. This is where Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin's characters from the first film come in. The plan is to start a war between the cartels and of course that doens't go well and ultimately Del Toro and Brolin find themselves on opposite sides of the fight. Without Emily Blunt's quixotic character, there is nothing interesting that plays out between the nihilistic characters that Brolin and Del Toro play. Anything interesting about their characters played out in the first film making Soldado a total snooze. The blu ray itself looks and sounds nice.
