This is one of the best movies I have seen in the last 10 years - that is indeed how good it is! Not particularly for the squeamish, it has a top-rate band of actors and crew and confronts the evil of Mexico's drug cartels head-on, asking important questions along the way. How far should we go to eliminate this problem? It should win a handful of Oscars in my opinion.

Great purchase!!!!!! I got a movie that I really wanted. It has a 4K Ultra HD blu-ray disc, a blu-ray disc, and a digital copy in a nice collectable decorative case. This is how I will be buying my movies from now on. Thank you Best Buy!!

When I purchase a 4K movie, the first thing I look at is whether my investment over and above standard bluray was worth it. The 4K picture quality on this movie was great. Definitely worth the upgrade. In addition, Sicario is action-packed and suspenseful. It is worth a 2nd and 3rd watch so that you can fully take in all the details of the storyline.

The Academy Awards TOTALLY snubbed this brilliant film of a true depiction of what sadly is the actual "reality" of a beautiful country like Mexico. This movie is brilliantly acted by Emily Blunt, Benicio del Toro (need say more?) and Josh Brolin. The music of the film, with only a couple of notes played along the whole movie, makes it creepy and amazing.

My my, after watching several film dissections of how to control a segment in film, and the border convoy scean being heavily referenced. I was very happy with everything else this movie had to offer. Being left in the dark as much as the lead. Really kept me on my seat's edge in anticipation for every next play that was coming.

The Scicario steel book 4K movie is terrific!! The packaging is really quite nicely done for your library. One of my favorite movies and it is really well done in the 4K version. Especially like the blackness of the darker scenes.

First, the movie is a real eye opener. Be warned that it is a bit violent, thus the R rating. There is quite a bit of action, but it does keep you in suspense. The end is crazy. Will definitely watch it again. The picture quality is also above average for a 4K because it is a real native 4K scan, not a 1080 upscale.

This is an excellent movie! Emily blunt's movies do not disappoint. Benicio del Toro is an absolute beast! Great cast of actors with a great plot and storyline. The Dolby Atmos track is very good as well. Has a big cinematic soundstage and heavy low end.

Not much to say here, Sicario is a great flick. It's an even better film when you watch it in 4k with HDR. Wow! The colors in this movie are amazing. I watched this on the xbox 1x with a Sony 900e 65" television. Needless to say, I enjoyed the experience. If you have the opportunity to purchase this movie, 4k is the way to go.

This film has a tense, well-written script, that will have you on the edge of your seat. Characters face many challenges that shape and change them. The action scenes are amazing to watch in this 4K release. Great first film that leads nicely to the sequel.

Benicio Del Toro is very believable ( as is the rest of the cast ) in this story of CIA CartelBusters in Mexico (as well as the US) .............The Movie looks very realistic, but as I am not a member of the CIA, I have no way of knowing this.........A worthy followup to the director's previous movie, PRISONERS............Well worth a look............

Bringing together director Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049), a tight script from Taylor Sheridan (Wind River), three fantastic actors, and cinematographer Roger Deakins Sicario is a well crafted film delving into a dark side law enforcement. Seeing a Kate (Emily Blunt) watch as her morals are tested in a world where the means are harder justify for the ends. Throw in great performances from Josh Brolin and Benicio del Toro and this is a film worth seeing.

Sicario is a masterpiece. PERIOD. Visually stunning because of the incredible work of one of the greatest cinematographers ever, Roger Deakins, Sicario is the story of Cartel retaliation between Colombia and Mexico with the unexpected help of FBI. Benicio Del Toro is incredible in this, and Emily Blunt is lovely. A definitely must-have!

The tension on the film never lets up, it reminds me of "The Sopranos" were you never know what is around the corner. Great script by an 45 year old actor who was fired from a 2nd rate television show, the writing by Taylor Sheridan is tight and well done and the direction is first rate. Great roles for Josh Brolin and Benecio Del Toro.

I found the narrative was intriquing. I know about the tunnels, the U.S.'s poor illegal immigration situation, and the drug cartel's horrendous drug murders and transport, but this film put things in a new perspective.

Denis Villenueve has been making quite the name for himself as an amazing director with Blade Runner 2049 and Arrival, but Sicario is a great representation of where he started and show how he learned to perfect pace a film to build tension and character. This is a great film to have in your collection.

Emily Blunt plays an FBI agent leading a task force to take down drug smugglers in Arizona. After a raid turns up new leads, but goes bad at the end, her character is enticed to join a somewhat shadowy government team intent on stirring things up in the Mexican drug cartel's operations. Benicia Del Toro is a fringe character on this new team led by Josh Brolin's character. As the movie progresses, Emily Blunt's character is forced to make some tough decisions about her job.

I Bought this film because A. I loved it and B. Because reviews said it made good use of ATMOS along wiyh excellent $K quality picture as well which i recently setup at home. I was very pleased and with the next movie coming this summer, i will likely watch this a couple more times before seeing the next installment.

Emily Blunt, Josh Brolin and Brad Pitt's cousin Benecio Del Toro (just joking, but, they do look related though) delivers a tour de force performance in this really awesome drama/thriller/action and crime based film. Highly recommended. but, will make the true human think of the evil men do to each other. My goodness. Have mercy.

Even better, the story of Sicario is easy to follow. Mind you, Sicario is not one of those non-stop action films, but because it mixes suspense, action, and plots the scenarios with the Mexican Cartel/FBI in a believable way. I can not help but to applaud Denis Villeneuve for the crafting this timely and well shot thriller that is Sicario. Make no mistake, if you are looking for a thrilling time at the movies, then look no further than Sicario. Great cast, believable story, and brilliantly directed.
