This thing is awesome!!! I have been using a Roku for years & just recently got this. Wish i would have gotten it sooner. My only complaint is that if you are using "normal" TV you can't just type the channel you want to go to. But then again if it had all of the numbers it would be huge and defeat the purpose. I love this thing!!!!!!

Very handy. The clips onto the Roku remote. They even give you extra sizes to make sure it fits. Easy to program. You can control your audio receiver, volume controls on the TV, and other devices. I also bought one for my Apple TV that I use on a different TV.

Disappointed that it doesn't allow me to control more devices.

This snaps together in a cinch, and the concept is great. However, programming it could be much easier. The printed instructions are lacking. Definitely watch the video -- then it makes much more sense. Even so, the programming doesn't always "take" on the first try.

Works as advertised. Only downfall is that its not the most comfortable to hold, slightly awkward. Better than two remotes but not perfect. I expect Roku to come out with a better remote at some point

I found it extremely annoying to have to switch to a second remote just to change the sound volume during a weekend binge. Problem solved. Have been using this for several months, and it's worked perfectly so far.

I bought this on Black Friday sale with some doubts but I greatly underestimated how nice having this little remote would be. Down from 3 remotes to 1 now at a price way lower than a higher-end universal one.

Lets me control the items i need without multiple remotes. Like that i can program buttons for what i want. Programming a little tricky, fits nicely in my hand. Going on a year and no problems

This is a perfect addition for a streaming remote. I have a Roku at home, and it is so convenient not having two remotes lying around; one for the TV and one for the Roku. The device is quite easy to program and the directions are well written.

Love the programmable buttons. Nice to have multiple options for each possible device. This makes my second one cause I can’t keep the kids from losing it down the seat cushions. It’s so small.

The sensor is not as powerful as your normal TV remote. You have to point directly straight on to get it to work. It's also not a very tight fit with Roku Ultra, it feels kind of cheap.

If you have a simple setup this little attachment can save you from having to keep track of 2 remotes. Easily learned my LNG commands by pointing the remotes at each other. Has Input key that allows you to switch over to regular TV from the Roku Apps.

Excellent add-on to a Roku remote - pretty much makes it a "universal" remote - lets you control TV with an attachment that click on to the side (hence the name) of your Roku remote, and it even lets you decide which functions you want the to program!

The universal click on not as easy as I described my husband didn’t care for it so I returned all three that I purchased for the three new TVs that we had just purchased

The remote itself works Great but... The plastic which connects it to the Roku is flimsy. I want a sturdy remote that doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart when I use it. The only upside to the flimsy plastic is that it can be taken apart quickly to access the headphone jack (which they need to re-design in such a way that you Don't have to take it apart to access the jack! The remote is Great! The idea is Great! From a Design perspective, the concept / design still needs work. Still deciding if I will glue parts together. For now, I'm putting up with it, it's still better than 3 extra remotes on the coffee table!

Does what it says. Just ended up not using it the way we thought we would. Makes the controller a little harder to hold and we ended up taking it off after a few weeks.

I taught this side remote my Vizio TV controls so I can turn it on/off, change volume, select input, etc. It's so nice being able to do everything with one controller - even if it does make the Roku remote a bit more bulky. Worthwhile trade off IMO!
