My wife and I had no idea this existed. We were simply looking online for flour sifters and saw this at Best Buy. Since we already have a Kitchen Aid mixer, we thought this would be an awesome gadget to try - and we were right.
It attaches easily to the mixer (make sure to tighten the screw securely) and works great. Thoroughly sifts and releases into the mixing bowl easily.
What a great product!

I absolutely love this. I only wish i would have had this while I was a Pastry Chef. It would have made things easier and quicker for sure, but I'm loving it as a home Chef as well. What a great idea Kitchen Aid! You never disappoint.

As soon as I knew this existed I just had to have it. I've only been able to use it a few times but it's worked perfectly every time. I love how the scale can be used on its own.
