Haven’t used yet but have used in the past easy to use

Box is sorta easy to set up just read and follow directions. Wifi lasts about 2 weeks with the 40gb card at average use. Good quality wifi. No cutting in and out. Would recommend.

We were happy with it. Just wish there was a $50 mobile hotspot .

Pretty sure you don’t actually get 40GB of data plus there was a lot of confusion and the store acting like they had a hotspot with the wrong serial number saying it wouldn’t work unless they changed something. Not impressed at all. Wish I had my money back on this one!

Cant beat the price other companies charge 25 or 30 for 10gigs

Its a hotspot suppose to provide wifi where ever you are. Didnt work. Went back to best buy an a guywho works there went in settings an made changes. Told me try one more time. If not bring it back an return this week.drove there today an brought it back an they told me there is a no refund policy after 14 days. Today was 17 days. Best buy sucks. Quit them years ago. Slipped up went back never again. They suck

Purchasing the 40gb data refill card for my Simple Mobile hotspot was fast and easy. The digital code was delivered to me within an hour and I was able to add it to my account.

This mobile hotspot product was easy to setup and use. I would recommend this item.

I feel like for 50 dollars the customer ahould get to GB. A dollar per gig

Could not use becasue the mobile hot spots would never work. Simple Mobile apologized and said the activation codes must have a problem. I bought two hot spots and neither one would connect. Do not get devices from Simple Mobile.

WORTH THE MONEY. THE ONLY THING IS BECAUSE WE ONLY USE THE HOTSPOTS AT BIG EVENTS NOT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, YOU HAVE TO CALL EACH TIME TO ACTIVATE THE ACTUAL HOTSPOT BEFORE YOU CAN LOAD THE 40G CARD

great product, only problem is talking to a real person if you have any issues . automated service wants a simple mobile phone # to get help. but i dont have cell service with them

Zero!!! When you buy a hotspot and gig card Bestbuy automatically activates the chip. The only way you can find out if your hotspot works is to use your card. The hotspot didnot work at our property even though many other property owners have T-Mobile hotspots. When I tried to return both the card and hotspot they said they can’t refund an activated chip… which they activated and the hotspot won’t work without!!! This is quite a racket. Nowhere did it indicate it was automatically activated!! It did say it was non-refundable but not in any context. So you can by a hotspot but if it doesn’t work you are out 49.99 because you have to have a prepaid card to see if the hotspot works!!!

Had an employee that needed to work remotely but had know internet connection. This worked exactly as we needed it to - and now we have one in the office in case anyone else were to ever need it.
