Had an employee that needed to work remotely but had know internet connection. This worked exactly as we needed it to - and now we have one in the office in case anyone else were to ever need it.

I have wifi at home, so I only use this when I’m not at home, mainly commuting places. Works great, enough to get me through the month most of the time!

I bought this as a bundle with a Simple Mobile Hotspot. The Hotspot was defective and so was the replacement that was sent to me. I tried returning this, but digital cards cannot be refunded…now I’m stuck with a useless card.

I purchased this to have a backup Hotspot for my child’s school work. Heaven knows with COVID students are stressed out enough. So having a backup to ease her mind was well worth the money I had to spend for the Hotspot device & the monthly plan. I wish internet wasn’t so expensive

Don’t buy this online, I ordered this in late February/early March and still am not able to redeem my code to get my sim activated. Poor service aswell, chatted/ chatting with support and they can’t even activate the sim nor give me my refund for the product I paid for. Will never purchase another.

The hot spot would activate so this was useless. It has been hard to get my money back. All this was was an exercise in futility.

Great WiFi, have not had an issue getting service, Can be slow at times, if not on a T-Mobile tower but that’s to be expected. Price is average for a hot spot. Would like to see a better pricing for only 40gig.

Simple and easy to use, bought this for a friend who ran out of cellphone hotspot data.

Using this as travel time data use. Used for multiple trips and helping a lot to stay online as backup to my mobile data. Full time use for my kids to connect to wifi and watch videos during the trips.

I received good internet signal to work with Teams meetings my only complaints is doesn’t last enough.

The hotspot setup is bad. Bought a bunch of hotspots for my business as a backup. Just in case, but you have to have a subscription. As soon as you use the data it runs out in 30 days. No good.

Was easy to download the date to hotspot, only problem I have is 40 g didn’t last long. Lol

Best Buy does not notify you that this Simple Mobile card isn’t supported on all of their products. I had to find out after I bought it and called customer service that they’re merging networks and my mobile hotspot wasn’t covered. OH! And Best Buy also doesn’t offer refunds on digital cards or gift cards. What a waste of $35 dollars.
