It did what it needed to do. Don’t connect too many devices as it will cause delays.

Best Buy does not notify you that this Simple Mobile card isn’t supported on all of their products. I had to find out after I bought it and called customer service that they’re merging networks and my mobile hotspot wasn’t covered. OH! And Best Buy also doesn’t offer refunds on digital cards or gift cards. What a waste of $35 dollars.

Purchased sm mobile hotspot 40gb digital. Been having no luck activating it Paid best buy $54 for digital still after 6 hrs no activation code.. This is my 2nd day with this issue even went in person again ...

Easy to setup, worked well for us. We used when away from home for a few months, even with both of us working remotely.

Wasn't sure how much data we'd need to purchase for our mobile hotspot device to meet our needs. For basice wifi use, this has been more than adequate.

I used this mobile hotspot 40GB ($49.99) and had no problems with my WiFi connection. I only used it for work and school but no streaming.

Had no trouble usung this, good instructions, easy to refill. Wish it was more affordable & last longer tgan 30 days

40 GB was enough to use in my car for a month. Used for laptop, GPS, Alexa, music...... dont see a need for unlimited

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! I have gone back and forth to Best Buy to make the Moxee Hotspot device and the Simple Mobile Hotspot plan work for a couple of months now. After talking to plenty of customer service people at both Best Buy and Simple Mobile, the thing doesn't work. I can't do it anymore. I'm getting ready to throw this thing away. Can't get a refund because too much time has passed so I'd rather throw it all away knowing I'm losing $100 bucks than keep a piece of garbage that has cost me too much in time and stress.

Of no use, the device would not activate due to a known bug. Should not be sold.
