Can't activate it because BB Peoria entered the wrong email and cannot fix it.

Not worth the money. Service lasted all of 2 days!!!

The system works properly No complaints But if you are playing only, better think of some landline internet instead

This is a MUST HAVE when going on vacation! We order and use them every time we go away for WIFI connection.

I bought this for my home to use with 2 iPhones, a computer, and 2 smart Samsung tv’s. It connects like AOL in the 90’s taking forever to do anything on any device. The Firestick wasn’t able to play anything, and I bought the $49.99 plan and it was depleted within 2.5 weeks. It is only used at night and not all devices were used daily or at the same time. As a single mother financially strapped, after paying $50 for WiFi device and then another $50 for the data, it was frustrating to know I couldn’t return or get refunded for either bc of the 14 day return policy!!! This is completely unacceptable especially when it depleted after 17 days exactly!!!!

When Comcast failed due to my cable being cut, this hotspot got me online quickly. Comcast took a week to get a new line. Consider it a life saver.

I do not reccomend this product. The service is extremely spotty in west texas and useless imo. Furthermore if you want to proccess a refund simple mobile will tell you to call best buy which will in turn tell you to call simple mobile. As an alternative you can go in store and MAYBE proccess a refund. As a small busines owner i obviously have tons of time to waste an hour if my life for a maybe.... Note all puechases were done online. Can i get some customer service for my refund? Maybe a rep that doesnt talk over me?
