Do not buy SimpleMobile hot spot

Simple Mobile switched from Tmobile to verizon, but BestBuy SimpleMobile have the old (tmobile) sim cards and refused to replace my hotspot device. I am stuck with a $50 hot spot box, and a not-usable $35 data card. Customer no-service from BestBuy and SimpleMobile.
