I switched to Simple mobile from one of the BIG providers. I rarely could complete a call - kept losing connection. Now I never lose a connection, and frequently have 4 bars!!!

Very impressed with this phone service. Very economical. always works. dependable. Staff at the Watertown Best Buy is always great and helpful and installs my new card.

Great card for anyone visiting USA. One thing though you will have to buy the sim card which folks might forgot. Excellent coverage for data using tmobile Havent tried it on a separate sim

Perfect. Just want I needed.. I had a old phone sitting around a decided to you it on the job as a work phone. Plan was just right. Plus I have tmoble on my daily phone so great network...

I used this service to travel from NC to ithica, New York, then from there to The Niagra Falls in Ontario, Canada and back. It worked great throughout. It even let me get some service near the border, which was a bonus.

I purchased this service card simultaneously with a Simple Mobile phone at Best Buy. The phone could not be activated in my area, because all of the towers that are used to provide T-Mobile coverage nearby are apparently leased from other providers, and are not part of Simple Mobile's network. (Best Buy's sales persons either did not know this or failed to disclose it, but that fact was confirmed by both Simple Mobile's service manager and my local T-Mobile customer service personnel, who advised me that this is a common concern in this area). To make a long story short, although Best Buy accepted the return on the phone, they would not accept return of the service card, even though it had not been used. (The PIN had been scratched off because it had to be entered in the activation process, which failed). Either way, I am out $25 for a service card that I was never able to use and Best Buy would not accept for a return. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

The sim card works well and is compatible with a number of devices. I have had absolutely no issue with my purchase and mobile plan. Highly recommend!

This prepaid sim card is alright. I received some pics a month later. The network should be great since it is using T-Mobile network.

These are cards are great for kids or teens that you dont want to sign a contract on for a high cell phone bill they can only use what you load on the cards.

You can hear very clearly, there are no issues. Simple uses Tmobile towers. Great, i am trying it for one month. May get more if this works out.

Excellent prepaid phone card. I just love this plan. I keep in touch with my people in DR and call unlimited in the United Stated. Just Love It!!!

THIS IS THE ONLY KIND OF CARDS I RECOMMEND NEVER GET THE DIGITAL CODE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL IF IT DOESN'T HAVE THE CODE ON THE BACK OF THE CARD DON'T BUY IT!!

I had a reward certificate. and I can't use it to buy a phone card.and if I don't use it before May I will lose it and the stores are closed due to the coronavirus

This purchase is perfect for my aunt. She gets the phone use that she needs monthly, and this card allows her purchase when needed.

Using this on my OnePlus 7 Pro. Works good except T-Mobile's Network is in the middle of being reconstructed so the signal isn't always very good.

Simple Mobile $25 prepaid plan has worked for me over the months and I will continue purchasing as long as I have this carrier!

My folks have used this for a month while visiting from out of the country. Perfect simple fix for them for a month while visiting. Easy to use and set up.

But its free. no its included in the price so u give it as free wasnt even my carrier

It worked well for a friend visiting from the UK. The service was a bit spotty and we had a small issue activating it.
