The product and customer service could improve. An increase from one month to 2-3 months could be an improvement. An increase in GB could be an improvement. Promotions and sales could be an improvement. Additionally, the customer service could improve.

This is great if you have a pay-by-the-minute phone.

i purchased this with my galaxy phone but then i gave away this sim card due its poor service and customer service

Its a Pain to activate PIN if it is not properly scanned at BestBuy store. I spent 25$ to buy service plan and was not able to return to store as it was scanned. Am still following up with Simple Mobile to see if they can activate it.

The card didn't work - was not registered through the "machine" before delivery, as i was told... Had to spend a lot of my time to get back to the same BestBuy (Miami Beach) to replace the card with the valid one - so lost my vacation time in vain.

Won't work. I've called simple mobile and they said it's a best buy problem. I called best buy and they said the card might not be good and now I have to go to the store for assistance. Partial grade until I get to the store.

SIMPLE mobile is a poor quality service. They are basically repackaging this product, with a legal clause attached that is a financial trap.

Simple mobile needs a code. And no one seemed to have it so it's a waste of $$ .. save ur $

I am very happy with Simple Mobile. The service in my area is outstanding. I always have full bars! I had Sprint before and was paying a lot through a contract and my service sucked, I never had a signal. I am so happy I chose Simple Mobile.

Customer Service- very poor service coverage- okay (I think they just changed to Verizon towers, you need a new sim card to activate) website- very confusing and does not represent true facts. cost- Very good.

The Customer Service agent for Simple mobile refused to transfer me to a higher up technical support agent. She was making up things I had to do like give two phone numbers I call the most likely I'm really going to count phone calls for my Moxee Hot Spot! Everyone else asked for the sim, my name , and my password. I called because my $40 refill card hadn't been added today. The call, which was my 5th or 6th call was at 9:07pm CST. I wonder if they are trying to steal my $40 refill card. She was very catty. Also, the agent before her was supposed to call me back and only let it ring once. They were playing games with me, had a giggle in their voice. Horrible people

This plan has great value and has great service, Unlimited Data for $40 = better than any other contract plan

Don't walk, RUN far, FAR away from this garbage service. Constant dropped calls, poor voice quality... LTE? Yes, if speeds no faster than 3 Mbps is considered LTE (and it's NOT!). I don't lay all of the blame on Simple Mobile. Most of the reps that I dealt with seemed sincere in trying to get this junky service working. T-Mobile is the real villain since it's their network. They obviously put these MVNOs on the worst towers. You can see it in real time with any cell network app. The signal strength needle constantly fluctuates in the yellow to red zones rarely hitting a strong green signal if at all. You're also able to see the network connection bounce from a good tower to the weakest and most congested tower. Maybe T-Mobile is throttling the data speed, too. When you do a speed test, often you'll see the needle initially jump to the expected speed level then quickly dials back to almost nothing. Skip Simple Mobile or, for that matter, T-Mobile if possible. Even at this cheap price, it's definitely not worth the aggravation.

The coverage is very poor, check to see if it works in your area, very small coverage area, was told you get no data. You cant keep your # unless you have it ported over and then your stuck with there plan, if you ever travel don't be surprised if you have no signal. For some reason best buy is using these to sell the phones, they can keep them!!!!!!!!

It seems to me that the company has no concept of warning people when their service is about to end and just decides to randomly end your service, oh and it seems that you guys forget to auto reup my service too, what a wonderful company

We purchased this plan. We purchased the sim card. But the sim cards cannot be activated. Simple Mobile said it is Verizon sim card and they suggested we buy TMobile sim card. Then we did, but then Simple Mobile said they only support Verizon sim card now. Are you kidding me? Currently We have spent 170$ on Simple Mobile and it still does not work at all. So terrible experience.

I bought "Keep Your Own Phone" SIM Kit, didn't work. Call centre in Philippines told me, its invalid SIM and I need to purchase another so I went to best Buy and bought another. Again same issue. After spending hours on the phone talking to over 10 people I gave up. They refused to refund my money. It was mistake, I should have gone with AT&T or someone professional.
