The Hotspot was defective and so was the replacement that was sent to me. I tried returning this, but digital cards cannot be refunded…now I’m stuck with a useless card.

Backup to help with school

Heaven knows with COVID students are stressed out enough. So having a backup to ease her mind was well worth the money I had to spend for the Hotspot device & the monthly plan. I wish internet wasn’t so expensive

Worthless!

Great Hot Spot and service plan by the month.

Price is average for a hot spot. Would like to see a better pricing for only 40gig.

Worth plan for travel data

Used for multiple trips and helping a lot to stay online as backup to my mobile data. Full time use for my kids to connect to wifi and watch videos during the trips.

Poor service aswell, chatted/ chatting with support and they can’t even activate the sim nor give me my refund for the product I paid for. Will never purchase another.

Very Deceiving

Bought a bunch of hotspots for my business as a backup. Just in case, but you have to have a subscription. As soon as you use the data it runs out in 30 days. No good.
