    If you've bought the mobile hotspot make sure you're buying the mobile hotspot specific data!! I bought this with a new Moxee hotspot and it was very easy to set up.

    Needed internet access in a pinch and this was a great choice. Easy to activate and easy to connect. Was up and running in just a few minutes. I can easily reload as needed - no contract.

    Purchased sm mobile hotspot 40gb digital. Been having no luck activating it Paid best buy $54 for digital still after 6 hrs no activation code.. This is my 2nd day with this issue even went in person again ...

    BB forgot to scan my hotspot before they mailed it to me, so the data plan didn't work at all. Best Buy refused to refund me after speaking to several customer service agents and spending $100 on something that didn't work because they screwed up. Don't waste your money on Best Buy products when their customer service team can't even activate your product or care to help you fix it

    40 GB was enough to use in my car for a month. Used for laptop, GPS, Alexa, music...... dont see a need for unlimited
