When it ends you cannot connect even in low speed. I tried to buy an add-on plan but unfortunately it is not available for simple mobile hotspot devices. So I tried to buy another 40 GB plan but I can only use it when the first plan ends, it means 20 days later. So I paid more than 50 $ for only 10 days

I was not able to get refunded for this purchase despite not using it and never going to have a need for it.

Did not work with Simple Mobile Hotspot device

The device stopped working after a few days. Best Buy refunded the device but they did not refund the data card. I wasted $50+tax.

So much for ‘nationwide 5G coverage’. Worst part is I can’t return it, so now I’m out $50!
