DONT DO IT! Even if there is no alternative! TRUST

It connects like AOL in the 90’s taking forever to do anything on any device. The Firestick wasn’t able to play anything, and I bought the $49.99 plan and it was depleted within 2.5 weeks. It is only used at night and not all devices were used daily or at the same time. As a single mother financially strapped, after paying $50 for WiFi device and then another $50 for the data, it was frustrating to know I couldn’t return or get refunded for either bc of the 14 day return policy!!! This is completely unacceptable especially when it depleted after 17 days exactly!!!!

Moxee hotspot

Bad product in west texas
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not reccomend this product. The service is extremely spotty in west texas and useless imo. Furthermore if you want to proccess a refund simple mobile will tell you to call best buy which will in turn tell you to call simple mobile. As an alternative you can go in store and MAYBE proccess a refund. As a small busines owner i obviously have tons of time to waste an hour if my life for a maybe.... Note all puechases were done online. Can i get some customer service for my refund? Maybe a rep that doesnt talk over me?

Do not buy SimpleMobile hot spot

Simple Mobile switched from Tmobile to verizon, but BestBuy SimpleMobile have the old (tmobile) sim cards and refused to replace my hotspot device. I am stuck with a $50 hot spot box, and a not-usable $35 data card. Customer no-service from BestBuy and SimpleMobile.
