Worked great. Easy to use and easy to refill. I had 4 devices hooked up and it lasted me almost 2 weeks

Extremely dissatisfied, bought a hotspot device from best buy also purchased the warranty and monthly serv. And ultimately had to argue for the refund of this never used simple mobile digital pin. Simple mobile rep referred me back to the store of purchase. Incorrigible.

It was good while it lasted, took me a minute to set it up. The network was pretty decent and not much interruption. It's good from my point of view.

Its a hotspot suppose to provide wifi where ever you are. Didnt work. Went back to best buy an a guywho works there went in settings an made changes. Told me try one more time. If not bring it back an return this week.drove there today an brought it back an they told me there is a no refund policy after 14 days. Today was 17 days. Best buy sucks. Quit them years ago. Slipped up went back never again. They suck

Really simple easy to use hotspot plan. Device is great too and battery life is decent.

Product itself was wonderful. However getting it online was a huge hassle.

Works great for 3 days abs then doesn’t work at all. Would be better if there was a unlimited plan for it that doesn’t go out after you use it for 3 days.

Bought at bestbuy 40g digital data for Hotspot its been two days going on three and still no email with data pin code. Called simple mobile 15 times to be told to call best buy. Cant get anyone at bestbuy on the phone that between our two accents cannot understand each other. Very bug run around to rob you of a hundred bucks. Should have known better.

This was one of the greatest things I took on vacation. It kept me mobile in the mountains of Tennessee where there was no internet service available

Wouldn't recommend the brand, let alone the GB usage. The speed is slow despite the fact that you are using the same amount of data, according to the statistics on the device. Don't buy the digital, instead, use a credit card or buy the physical card since BestBuy took 5 hrs to send the email with the code in order to activate the signal/device.

Purchased this device, only to discover it could not be activated because T-mobile did not have any Simple Mobile hotpot towers in the area I live in, Tallahassee, Fl. Do not understand why Best Buy would sell a product in an area that could not support the device. Cell phone service is available but not mobile hotpot service. Go figure.

This is my third or fourth time purchasing this hotspot data plan from Simple for my Moxee Hotspot. I use this setup for backup and it has not failed me for what I need it for. Best Buy sends the code I need via email in under 20 minutes and I add it to my Simple Account through the android app on my S21 Ultra 5G. Very easy way to get the necessary data plan for my needs.
