We purchased both Simple Mobile Verizon and TMobile sim card to use the Simple Mobile Plan. But on first day they said Verizon sim card do not work. On the second day they said they do not have TMobile tower network. In the end, we have spent more than 170$ on sim cards and plans and none of them work for us. Not only money spent, we also spent a lot of hours on trying to fix and contact them.s

product page title is misleading. read fine print

Which is what I thought I needed to refill the balance on my $25 plan with Simple Mobile. It turns out I've bought new plan for 30-days for $50. This is the worst experience with Best Buy I had so far.

Scam calls and txts and lousy reception coverage

Additionally the number gets a lot of scam calls and txts. At least three times a day. This doesn't happen with Ultra. I am never buying this card again when on the States.
