    Extremely disappointed. This product was recommended to be paired with the Hotspot I purchased on the same order. This item was NOT needed with the Hotspot; but was recommended NOT for technical reasons; but purely commercial promotion. I have not been able to Redeem the coupon or get my money refunded. When I went to the local Best Buy store, they would not refund it there and said I should contact corporate. I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to recover the $50 spent. I don't have time to trifle with this. Please make this right, I am way too busy to spend more time of this problem not of mine own making.

    Very easy and convenient. My phone was deactivated and I tried to activate by calling simple mobile and also tried online on the simple mobile app with no luck then tried to purchase the code through Best Buy and it worked. Saved me time and drama.
